SAN DIEGO, CA – June 1, 2021 — Serenity EHS, Inc. Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) solution built on the ServiceNow platform is pleased to announce an extended partnership with Enhesa, the leader in global regulatory compliance content, to provide a turnkey compliance assurance solution. Partners since 2019, Serenity EHS and Enhesa’s joint solution marries industry-leading regulatory content with Serenity EHS’ powerful EHS software and is the only EHS solution on the ServiceNow platform.
This new integrated offering addresses a long-standing need in the market for an affordable and robust compliance assurance solution for mid-sized businesses, many of whom face the same complex compliance challenges as large enterprises. By integrating Enhesa’s global EHS regulatory compliance and ESG Global Guidance content, with the Serenity EHS Inspection and Audit application and the ServiceNow GRC application, organizations can standardize enterprise-wide compliance assurance process activities and tailor site compliance activities in alignment with federal, state, and local regulatory expectations.
“EHS teams have traditionally operated in silos resulting in poor user engagement, and a lack of visibility into critical Environmental, Health, and Safety processes.” says Kris Markham, Co-Founder at Serenity EHS. “By putting EHS and Enhesa regulatory content on the ServiceNow platform we are tearing down these silos and bringing EHS into the hands of the users where they are comfortable engaging with the business – ServiceNow”.
This new offering streamlines an organization’s ability to deploy an audit program with a pre-configured set of audit protocols and content that align with the most common jurisdictions and compliance profiles, operationalized by best-in-class Inspection and Audit application that enables mobile-first audits, offers additional operational risk applications, and empowers proactive management of ongoing compliance assurance.
“Complying with regulations globally can be incredibly challenging for organizations, both big and small” says Shannon Summers, Global Head of Alliances at Enhesa. “I am thrilled that we can jointly offer an effortless one-contract solution to small and medium sized businesses looking to optimize their compliance program. It also is an exciting step in our aspirational journey to be partner of organizations that want to build a safer, more sustainable world.”
Leveraging operational data from Serenity EHS, organizations can unlock real-time visibility into EHS risk at the enterprise level. With native integration into the ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) applications, organizations can use continuous monitoring to automatically identify areas of high risk and noncompliance. Serenity EHS is the first EHS solution that makes it easy for organizations to integrate EHS and ESG into their enterprise risk program on a single platform.
