Your Team

 

The Serenity Services team focuses on ensuring success for our customers by understanding their processes, challenges, and goals during product implementation projects. 

 

The team will be working with multiple customers at any given time and will have a close relationship with our Product team to provide input for product enhancements. 

 

Your Role

 

We are looking to add an experienced Technical Consultant to our Services team to lead the delivery of high quality solutions using our ServiceNow applications.

 

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development, experience with the ServiceNow platform, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand complex customer technical requirements.

 

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Meet with customers and provide technical leadership for product implementations

  • Manage, execute, and delegate development work within the projects

  • Build solutions using the full stack of Web technologies - JavaScript, AngularJS, React, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.

  • Collaborate with internal team members to deliver business outcomes through technology to our customers

  • Leverage your skills and knowledge of best practices to solve EHS, Sustainability, and ESG problems for our customers

 

Your Qualifications

 

  • 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer or architect 

  • Fluent in JavaScript programming and associated frameworks

  • Knowledge of JSON, XML, HTML, Bootstrap, Angular, and CSS

  • Strong problem-solving, debugging skills and an aptitude for learning new technologies

  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and design patterns

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills

  • BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with Agile methodology 

  • Must have the ability to work well and build positive relationships with clients

  • Developed problem-solving and analytical abilities

 

Nice to Have Qualifications

 

  • Knowledge of Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) processes and standards (OSHA)

  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence

  • Federal Security Clearance for government customers

Business Systems Analyst

Your Role

 

We are looking to add an experienced Business Systems Analyst to our Services team who will facilitate high quality requirements gathering and work closely with the project team throughout the project lifecycle. 

 

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, the ability to understand complex processes, software development project experience, and have knowledge or experience with the ServiceNow platform.

 

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with customers to produce a clear backlog of user stories for the development team

  • Understand the gap between out of the box product functionality and the requirements gathered from our customers to ensure we deliver the best solution

  • Document processes, systems, workflows, use cases, and other requirements as needed to ensure project progress

  • Assist customers with UAT methods and scripts

  • Product customer facing documentation such as user guides, training manuals, etc.

  • Support customer training sessions

  • Support all design, testing, and documentation efforts

 

Your Qualifications 

 

  • 3 years experience working as a Business or Systems Analyst in software development teams

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience 

  • Experience with Agile methodology and preparing development backlogs with clear, concise, and well written user stories

  • Must have the ability to work well and build positive relationships with clients to determine implementation requirements and execute a plan to meet those requirements in a timely and efficient manner

  • Developed problem-solving and analytical abilities

  • Experience supporting testing and performing a gap analysis of current state test efforts

 

Nice to Have Qualifications

 

  • Knowledge of Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) processes and standards (OSHA)

  • Experience working with the ServiceNow platform

  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence

Project Manager (Engagement Manager)

Your Role

 

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing software project teams throughout customer product implementations. You’ll also work with customer stakeholders to ensure targets and goals are met. These projects focus on helping our clients meet EHS, GRC, and Physical Security transformation goals.

 

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Represent Serenity EHS to our customers as the Engagement Manager for our product implementations

  • Internally you are the Project Manager who ensures the Serenity Services team meets customer expectations including solution quality and timelines

  • Lead project initiation, execution, and close-out activities

  • Coordinate and schedule key workshops, development sessions, testing efforts, and deployment activities

  • Engage in timely and effective communications to customers, provides status reports, and facilitate executive steering committee meetings

  • Evaluate project risks, anticipate issues, and determine how to mitigate those challenges

  • Demonstrate expert understanding of project management methodologies and principles with a focus on Agile

  • Develop an understanding of the Serenity products we implement and our customer's business

  • Participate in pre-sales project scoping activities as needed

 

Your Qualifications

 

  • 2 years of experience managing software development projects 

  • 2 years of general experience working within software development projects

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with customer-centric attitude

 

Nice to Have Qualifications
