Streamlined Witness Capture: Add witness statements directly to incident records—no need to initiate an investigation for low-severity events.

Auto-Filled OSHA 300/300A Reports: Automatically populate employee count and hours worked on your year-end OSHA forms, with data collected throughout the year via HR system integrations.
Inspections
An updated inspection launch experience makes entity selection faster and more intuitive, with support for configurable column searching and filtering.
Alternatively, you can more intuitively browse your organizational hierarchy to find the establishment, zone, process, or asset that is the target of your inspection, audit, or risk assessment.
Risk Management
The new Risk Template Dashboard gives template owners visibility into assessment status, bottlenecks, and emerging risk trends.
The Establishment Risk Scorecard provides site-level snapshots of hazards and controls—making it easier for frontline teams to stay informed.

Ascend continues to deliver “sign up and go” safety management for small and medium-sized businesses. This release removes even more setup friction while expanding access across platforms.
Mobile User Registration
Users can now create accounts directly from the Ascend mobile app—no need to visit the website first.
Smarter Directory Integration
New options for Azure Entra ID configuration, including duplicate record resolution and email domain filtering, make Active Directory integration faster and cleaner for lean teams.
