Your Team

The Serenity Services team is dedicated to ensuring our customers' success by deeply understanding their processes, challenges, and objectives. We configure the Serenity solution set to align with each customer's unique processes, goals, and desired outcomes. With a focus on maintaining close collaboration with our Product team, we provide valuable insights for product enhancements.

Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with ServiceNow platform experience to join our Serenity Services team. In this role, you will facilitate customer workshops, manage requirements gathering, own the project backlog, and play a crucial role in the success of our customer projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, a desire to grow a deep understanding of complex EHS business processes, experience in software development projects, and familiarity with the ServiceNow platform.

What You'll Do

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with customers to establish a clear backlog of user stories for the technical team.
• Bridge the gap between out-of-the-box product functionality and customer requirements to deliver optimal solutions.
• Document processes, systems, workflows, use cases, and other requirements to drive project progress.
• Assist customers with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methods and scripts.
• Produce customer-facing documentation such as user guides, workflow diagrams, and training manuals.
• Support customer training sessions as well as design, testing, and documentation efforts.

Your Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in software development teams.
• 1+ years experience working with ServiceNow from a project or implementation perspective.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Agile methodology, Jira, and preparing development backlogs with clear, concise, and well-written user stories.
• Strong ability to build positive relationships with clients to determine implementation requirements efficiently.
• Proficient problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience supporting testing and performing gap analysis of current state test efforts.

Nice to Have Qualifications

• Knowledge of Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) processes and standards (OSHA).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP).
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Salary

$90,000/yr - $125,000/yr.
